We understand that the needs of healthcare providers have changed significantly in recent years. As a business service network of Novant, ChoiceHealth brings you an innovative approach for doing business. ChoiceHealth acts as a catalyst to extend Novant Health's resources and services to independent providers, as well as Novant Health-employed providers throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. We currently have approximately 1600 members representing all medical subspecialties, and independent providers represent half of our membership.
ChoiceHealth acts as a non-exclusive agent on behalf of our members, which allows them to maintain their independent status and simultaneously take advantage of the services offered by a larger healthcare system. ChoiceHealth members are not required to use Novant facilities, ancillaries or employed physician services. All services are offered on a menu basis. Annual dues are required for membership, and some of our services require additional fees. We are dedicated to refining current products through increased quality and customer service. In addition, we look to add new products and services to our product line in the future.
