Patient Communication Aids
If you have a patient who is deaf or hard-of-hearing, or who has difficulty speaking or understanding English, it is imperative that a qualified interpreter assist you in communicating with that patient. Effective communication is vital in ensuring that one provides quality medical care to all of his/her patients.
