All verifications will be performed by the Novant Health Credentials Verification Organization (CVO).  Appointment and clinical privileges for all Presbyterian Healthcare facilities must be applied for by using the Novant Health CVO Application.  This includes the North Carolina Uniform Application for your convenience.  Download the appropriate form according to your discipline, as well as the appropriate clinical privilege form (if you are applying for clinical privileges), then follow the detailed instructions provided on the coversheet of the application.  Please keep in mind that the processing of an application takes an average of 6-8 weeks from the time the Novant Health CVO receives an application fully completed by you until your file is ready to be presented to the Credentials Committee at Presbyterian Healthcare.  Please see Credentialing FAQs for further information.
